"This was the first appt. for both my son and I. It was very easy and convenient to make an appt. online, and we were able to get in pretty quickly. Everyone from receptionists to the assistants to Dr. Zhao were great. During the visit everything moved along at a good pace. They answered all questions, addressed all concerns, and explained everything in detail. My son is autistic and can be a bit much, but Jessica, the technician, as well as Dr. Zhao were outstanding. They were all very patient and made him feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office."- I.H. / Google / Jan 12, 2019
"I am new to Yelp.....but I felt like I needed to give my review to anyone else who may have dental fears such as mine. When I was 9, I was in a terrible bicycle accident. I lost 2 of my front teeth and chipped 2. When I was 14, I had a Maryland Bridge made for my front teeth, and I will say, it lasted me approximately 25 years. The way the Maryland Bridge is made with wings on one side, caused damage to the good teeth next to the bridge. Through the years I've had some real bad dentists. I read 1 review where the patient said they made her sign a waiver & she had never been asked by other dentists to sign one, I've signed many waivers...that protects the patient and the practice. Because of that Dentist, I now have "permanent" nerve damage on my left side, where he dentist tried pulled a tooth for over 3 hours, taking a break and trying again. They finally called an oral surgeon to get me seen and he pulled my tooth in less than a minute!! I got home that evening and as the numbness was wearing off, I noticed my left side of my chin was still numb feeling....and to this day, I still have it & it will always be there. I also had a huge gash under my tongue, I'm assuming where he jammed the instrument in my mouth. I'm only saying all of this to let everyone understand just how traumatic all this has been for me. This happened in 2003, I haven't been to the dentist since, so about 15 years, 7needless to say, my bridge was in terrible shape and I had molars that had fillings which had fallen out, leaving me with 4 or 5 teeth that were broken at the gum line. I wouldn't smile, and if I did, I was constantly trying to hide my teeth, either by smiling with my mouth closed or using my hand to hide it. I don't have Dental Insurance, but it was never about the money, my fiancee had been telling me for the last 10 years to make an appointment & he would pay for it. I was that afraid, ashamed, nervous, etc. One morning in September 2018, something clicked with me & I knew I needed to go to the dentist before I ended up either in pain or losing all of my teeth....and I was tired of not smiling and being self conscious, so I made my 1st appointment for September 19th, 2018. I must say, my anxiety was through the roof & I also have panic attacks from time to time, but everyone there was so understanding, Lisa, Jessica & Dr. Zhao made me feel at ease. My heart was racing!! They took the x-rays and gave me options of either trying implants, a new full top bridge, or dentures. I absolutely didn't want dentures as I've always had nightmares about my old bridge falling out. So we went with the bridge, which was expensive no doubt, but still half of what implants would have cost. I still had 5 good teeth on top that would remain and act like an implant. My journey started on September 19th & I had my new "Smile" before Christmas, on the 12th of December......3 months. Sorry for the long review, but, my hope is that if this helps just one person, who is afraid of the dentist make their appointment, then that's awesome. My daughter also started going here in October and her fears were almost as bad as mine. I absolutely love this office and I will continue to go here as long as I'm able. No fears anymore!! Dr. Zhao was Excellent and Jessica was also just as Excellent. She made sure I was always comfortable and at ease, and she made sure she was always with me at each appointment. I really can't explain how awesome it is to finally be able to actually Smile now. Thank you to everyone at this office.....you will never know how you changed my life!!!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so very much!! My next appointment is March 2019, for my 6 month cleaning, I can't wait."- M.M. / Yelp / Dec 28, 2018
"I absolutely love this place. I can honestly say that I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and this one here made me feel right at home. Everything was great from the Beautiful young desk clerk with the entrance greeting and getting me settled in....I’m sorry that i didnt get her name but you will most definitely know exactly who she is. She has the most precious personality there is. I love her smile. Then there were Jessica E....she helped me in the back and did X-Rays which i thought were going to be the most painful part about being there but turns out was the best part. I mean the conversation that we had made me feel like we knew each other all my life. So i was so at ease with the procedures, and she also explained everything very thoroughly....i can go on for days about this place but cant wait until my next appt... THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!!!!Sincerely, Jeremiah"- J.M. / Google / Dec 21, 2018
